Your email response rule should be changed

Because I did not respond to the email from the artist in your allotted time my picture did not turn out as I had intended. I would suggest for better client satisfaction you should not continue with what you think the picture should look like if you have not heard back from the customer in your allowed time . Better to hold the order until you get contact with the customer.

As explained in our order process, if we don’t receive instructions or responses within the given timeframe, our artist will use their professional judgment to complete the portrait on time. One of your provided images was corrupted and blurry, and despite SIX email attempts to reach you, unfortunately, we didn’t hear back.

Because we aim to deliver all paid orders within a reasonable timeframe, we couldn’t hold the project indefinitely. Clear communication is key to achieving the best results, and we’d love the chance to help—please reach out to our customer service team so we can find a way to make things right for you.
