Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that your surfer portrait was created exactly in your requested color variation, as ordered. After delivery, instead of contacting us with any concern, a chargeback of around $400 was filed — even though we offered a free replacement and tried several times to arrange pickup of the first canvas. You now still have both canvases, leaving our small business with the loss.
