Your email response rule should be changed

Because I did not respond to the email from the artist in your allotted time my picture did not turn out as I had intended. I would suggest for better client satisfaction you should not continue with what you think the picture should look like if you have not heard back from the customer in your allowed time . Better to hold the order until you get contact with the customer.

One of your provided images was corrupted and blurry, and despite SIX email attempts to reach you, unfortunately, we didn’t hear back.
